Mix 1.5 scoops (approximately 3g) with 50ml water, 1-3 times daily. Leucine is best taken approximately 30-45 minutes before exercise. It also makes an excellent addition to a post-workout drink.
L Leucine is one of the 3 components of BCAA. Research does suggest that they are best supplemented together to enhance benefits, in which case, take a look at Instant BCAA.
