Banana and Peanut Butter Muffin Recipe | BULK POWDERS® Core Ireland

 

INSTRUCTIONS

1.) Preheat oven to 160 degrees C.

2.) Mash bananas in a bowl and fold in remaining ingredients until all are well combined.

3.) Pour into a muffin mould or lined muffin tray.

4.) Bake for 15-20 mins or until baked through and golden.

Recipe yields 12 muffins.

Tip: for a lower calorie option, combine Zero Calorie Syrup™ with agave by using half and half sub.
